• Difficulty swallowing
• Runny nose (unrelated to seasonal allergies or other known causes and conditions)
• Stuffy or congested nose (unrelated to seasonal allergies or other known causes and conditions)
• Loss of taste or smell
• Headache that is unusual or long lasting
• Hoarse voice
• Digestive issues (diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea/vomiting)
• Muscle aches
• Extreme tiredness/fatigue (more than usual)
• Chills
• Feeling unwell

Please postpone your appointment if you have tested positive, or had any contact with any person with or under investigation for COVID-19, in the last 14 days.
